Originally built in 1949, the Avalon Beverly Hills Hotel was refurbished in 1999 by designer Kelly Wearstler that ten years after renewed it re-imagining the space in a fusion of the spirit of Hollywood and the glamorous atmosphere of the '50s.
The color palettes mix airy green and sea blue juxtaposed with organic materials. Wood and marble stand patterned 70s and 80s. The solid minimalism of Kelly Wearstler is also evident among the pieces of furniture, some of which have been specially designed by Tofter Chin.
