Subu is the new restaurant designed by Johannes Torpe Studios for South Beauty Group, one of the largest and most influential players in the field of Chinese food. The intent of the new place is to redefine and redesign the concept of the classic Chinese restaurant.
The traditional Chinese design is fused with the Scandinavian one to create a universal aesthetic. Inside the restaurant were created 21 private rooms to provide a luxury experience in an atmosphere of absolute extravagance. All elements of the restaurant, from the food to the dishes, have been thoroughly investigated by the study.
