Suspended between tradition and modernity, the Riva
Lofts Florence is the ideal residence for modern and creative
"travellers". Guests have access to all kinds of services in an
environment that seems abstracting from the outside world by offering
the complete respect for silence.
The eight apartments that you can rent were created by the architect Claudio Nardi according to the model of the French study.

The environments are recreated in a complex that, around 1880, was a small village of the Tuscan countryside owned by the family Alinari, which became opificio and then a series of artigianal shops.
Today, thanks to the intrinsic characteristics of the building, the Riva Lofts rediscovers minimalist and elegant atmosphere, without neglecting the tradition, through the use of warm materials and modern details.
Past and future live side by side under high ceilings and inside large spaces.

In parts destined at the reception and communal areas is clear the sentiment that Nardi wanted to transmit: the feeling of being at home with the knowledge to be elsewhere. The authoring of a cuisine and a beauty line created specifically for the Riva Lofts emphasize this philosophy proposing standards at the highest level.

At the base of the restructuring project there is a very careful study of natural and artificial lights. The openings in the walls and cuts in allow penetration of light almost emphatic, the massive windows to discern unexpected viewpoints on the elegance of Florence, offering views from the banks of River Arno to the cupola by Brunelleschi. Another strong point of Riva Lofts is the location: the Oltrarno area, not far from the center that allows you to fully savor the Renaissance spirit of this city also thanks to the abundance of artisan shops.
