Multi Sensoriality and breakage of traditional standards are the main ingredients that inspired the chef Mathieu Pacaud realizing Hexagone: a place where, a few steps from the Trocadero, the refinement of French cuisine is completely revised and takes distance from the classicism.

Hexagon is a place where the gastronomic ambition coincides with a modest atmosphere, but refined: The team chosen by Pacaud to bring to life his vision is composed by designers Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier. The duo has created a space in which each element is a fundamental part of an optical illusion that is developed from every point of view.

Hexagone plays with contrasts and appeals to all the senses of its visitors thanks also to the original artistic contributions such as the frescoes that seem tattoos by Alexe Marine, the stylized giant head of rooster by Victor Ash, a modern patio by landscaper Silvère Doumayrou, the Japanese maples by Sébastien Delrue and other exotic plants contrasting a purely urban perception of the place and helping visitors to escape the city around them.
