The Liza Beirut Restaurant takes its name from the owner Liza Asseily. The atmosphere is cosmopolitan, luxurious but not ostentatious. Inside the ex palace Abdallah Bustros relives the layout of a traditional Lebanese house of the nineteenth century, the romantic design of furniture, designed using the neutral colors, reminds the Parisian climate without sacrificing references to the Lebanese tradition.
The interiors are the work of the study of Mary Ousseimi, "nomad" and self-taught. Idarica Gazzoni is instead the designer of one of the most particular features of the room: the wallpaper, thanks to which she has succeeded in creating a unique atmosphere for each of the four rooms (Main Room, Banana Room, Money Room, Building Room ).
High ceilings and natural light lavished from the windows on the front of the restaurant creates a soft and suffused atmosphere that perfectly meets up with artificial lighting designed by architect Jan Van Lierde (JVL study). The historical outline of brass, crockery and of few pieces of furniture complement the contemporary design constituting a further reference to the Lebanese tradition.
