The 10 A.M. Art Gallery of Milan hosts a retrospective exhibition dedicated to Marina Apollonio, an Italian artist considered one of the greatest exponents of the optical-kinetic movement in the international scene. After his debut with the participation in the collective exhibition at the Art Center il Chiodo in Palermo, comes in contact with the Group N in Padua and the Group T in Milan with whom she shares the choices of materials and research.

She uses industrial and modern materials to create structures that in the vision of the spectator creates dynamic and waved spaces. His art is opposed to the concept of expressive attraction sharing fully the desire to create works depersonalized own of many members of the Optical Art.
The works on show reconstruct the Apollonio's artistic journey, collecting several cycles of significant works which she developed from 1963 to the present; from the early works on paper to the works in aluminum, from the gradations on canvas to Circular Dynamics, from Reliefs Diffusion Chromatic to recent Dynamics Elliptical.

The polyhedric artist's research summarizes in a simple way a complex study, hovering between art and science, making the viewer the protagonist of a vision of space-time which she meticulously planned.
